RentalSniper monitors public rental listings and emails you scored alerts — the ones our AI thinks fit the search you described. We help you be early and specific. We don’t host the listings; every alert links out to the original source.
Free and Pro
The free plan sends you a once-a-day digest of matching listings.
Pro is a one-time $99 purchase. It covers instant alerts — sent the moment a matching listing posts — until you sign a lease or for 90 days, whichever comes first. There is no subscription and nothing auto-renews. If you’re still searching after 90 days, you can choose to buy another term.
Refunds
If you buy Pro and change your mind, email support@rentalsniper.com within 7 days of your purchase. As long as we’ve sent you fewer than one instant alert, you get a full refund, no questions asked. (Once the product has done its job and alerted you, the sale stands.)
No guarantee you’ll get the apartment
We make you fast; landlords make decisions. RentalSniper does not guarantee that you’ll secure any particular apartment, or any apartment at all. Availability, showings, applications, and who gets the lease are entirely up to the people who own and list the properties. What we promise is speed and honest scoring, not an outcome.
Listings belong to their sources
The rental listings themselves belong to the sites and people who post them. We link out to those sources — we don’t republish their photos or their listing text. Please respect each source’s own terms when you follow a link and reach out.
Acceptable use
RentalSniper is for personal, non-commercial apartment hunting — you, looking for a place to live. Don’t resell the alerts, scrape the service, resell access, or use it to build a competing product or a bulk data feed.
Ending an account
You can leave anytime — email support@rentalsniper.com and we’ll close your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that abuse the service or break these terms; if we terminate a paid account that hasn’t abused the service, we’ll issue a pro-rated refund of the unused portion of your 90 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
